Slurry Separation System for Civil Engineering and Dredging Mud Water Treatment
Efficient solid-liquid separation of muddy water through the synergistic effect of vibration sieve mesh granulation and cyclone!
The tunnel construction using shield method, continuous wall construction, foundation pile driving work, and dredging of dams and ports generates wastewater that separates residual soil from muddy water. By dewatering the separated residual soil, the amount of industrial waste generated is significantly reduced. Additionally, the muddy water can be recycled, contributing to cost reduction and environmental conservation through the muddy water separation system. 【Features】 1. Fine captured particles 2. High dewatering rate 3. Easy installation and mobility 【Processing Flow】 1. Introduce muddy water into the lower section of the vibrating sieve to remove sand and gravel larger than 5mm. 2. Discharge muddy water and gravel/sand smaller than 5mm into the tank. 3. Pump the stored muddy water into the liquid cyclone to collect fine particles. 4. Supply the collected particles to the upper section of the vibrating sieve, where particles over 70μm are discharged due to the granulation effect of vibration. 5. The muddy water passes through the vibrating sieve and circulates back to the tank. * The muddy water separated by the liquid cyclone is usually adjusted in secondary treatment facilities for reuse. ▼ Please feel free to contact us.
